We hired Josh as the DJ for our wedding in Sonoma. He was highly recommended by every other vendor and I can see why. He provided the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. He was professional, he listened to all our requests and he was current. He was awesome and had our guests dancing all night!!!! He had state of the art equipment and he blended song seamlessly. He provided al the equipment (this venue needed two sets) and I did not have to worry about the music all night! I would highly recommend Josh for any event!

Some good friends and I went to see Josh spin at the Domain Chandon Pink Party at the Yountville winery. Not only is it a great benefit for breast cancer treatment, we got to dress up in our finest pink attire and dance the night away to the 1′s and 2′s of DJ Dukes. Josh is a good guy for spreading the word on this worthy cause that raised over $20,000 for breast cancer research. I try to see him spin all over San Francisco whenever I can. I enjoy his love of music, his knowledge of old school, his positive outlook on life and his affinity to all that is creative and Bay Area artists. If you haven’t seen him yet, you should definitely check him out!

We just had our wedding this past weekend in Sonoma and Josh (who was highly recommended by several pro planners) was absolutely perfect…. from his interaction and professionalism, to the great music and energy, everyone commented he was the best they had heard… what was truly special is how he took time to meet the parents, take requests, and read the crowd…. Thanks Josh for everything…..

I hired Josh to spin my birthday party last year. I am from the east coast and I have always been surrounded by Dj’s and musicians… before hiring Josh I was a bit bewildered as how to go about hiring someone to do a job my comrades had always done for me. I was referred to Josh via a friend. We chatted briefly about the type of tunes I like. I will say this about Josh – he is one of the nicest guys I have met in this city, especially for a DJ. No ego, totally polite and all heart – three things not common to those in the industry. In the end I would also say that his track selection was beyond my expectations. Not only did he hear me when I made certain requests, but I really feel like he GOT my taste in music. He also totally went above and beyond by spinning an extra hour due to my desire to have the party go later. THANK YOU JOSH!!!! Would I hire him again??? I plan on it for this years b-day bash!

Josh Dukes actually filled in for another DJ I had hired for a party at the last minute. He was so professional and I couldn’t believe how lucky I was that the first DJ cancelled, because he turned out to be so fantastic! Everyone there asked for his information for future events. He is also a really cool guy and very considerate. I would 100% hire him again, it’s not often you get to work with someone at his level.

Josh is an incredible DJ! I’ve been at several parties and events where he has performed and he has done an excellent job at all of them. He has a way of getting everyone up and dancing. I am really impressed in how he is able to read a crowd and play to them. He has a wide variety of music and makes parties fun! I couldn’t recommend a better DJ!
